The Doolittle Institute invites the public to get Lean and Agile with the Air Force Research Lab (AFRL) in their vibrant space! Work on projects, collaborate, and build strategic relationships this month as you use Lean and Agile processes to build a catapult. Registration is required.
3:00 – 4:00 P.M.: A session on Lean and Agile Processes Drew Palmer, Program Manager at Lockheed Martin and Six Sigma Green Belt, will lead a discussion on Case Studies, Q&A, and a Design of Experiments.
4:00 – 5:00 P.M.: Catapults & Craft Beer (Group Activity) Palmer will segue into a group activity using the processes he discussed in a hands-on Design of Experiments (DOE). Participants will build and manipulate a catapult to launch a projectile with accuracy and precision.
