    Our goal has always been to provide a stress-free sanctuary for you. The well-being of our clients and staff is our number one priority and for this reason, we are taking the extra precautions outlined below. 
    First and foremost, please note the following changes to our policies that most affect you as our customer:

    • Extra sanitation measures have been put into place to protect the health of our clients and staff
    • Scheduling is now being done over the phone only – please call 850-842-2147 to book!
    • We are no longer accepting credit cards as payment – cash or check only please
    • No cancellation penalty

    As always, we continue to practice the highest standards of cleanliness.  With the recent viral outbreak in mind, we have revised our cleaning protocol to ensure a clean and sterilized area for each of our clients. We have also made changes to our booking times, cancellation policy, check-in and check-out processes. We are:

    • Providing clean sheets and towels for each client
    • Wiping down steamers, doorknobs and counter surfaces with EPA approved disinfectant after every client
    • Using gloves
    • Sanitizing all tools and implements used
    • Washing and sanitizing hands before and after each client
    • Frequent cleaning of high touch areas
    • Extending appointment times by 30 minutes to allow for minimal person-to-person contact and time for extra sanitation measures
    • In addition to this we always follow all state guidelines listed here.
    Cancellation policy:
    • If you need to reschedule for any reason, and especially if you are not feeling well, we understand and request that you please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule. To further support you, there will be no penalties for cancellations. We hope this will alleviate any stress and hesitation you may have about an upcoming appointment. * If you are experiencing a fever, cough, or sore throat, please reschedule your appointment for when you are no longer symptomatic. If you have been to a COVID-19 impacted area or have been in close contact with a person infected with COVID-19, we ask that you please reschedule your appointment for 14 days past the date of contact.
    New Booking Policy:
    • In order to cut back on monthly expenses, we are now scheduling appointments over the phone only.  Please call 850-842-2147 or text 239-822-9412 to schedule, cancel, or change an appointment.
    • Due to COVID-19, we are temporarily limiting the number of daily appointments and appointment times will be booked for 30 minutes longer to accommodate for sanitation and disinfection protocols. The health and safety of our clients and staff is especially important to us. For this reason, walk-in appointments will not be accepted. Clients who are not currently receiving a service or purchasing products will be asked to step out in order to control the number of people within the spa.
    Check-in process:
    • You will be asked to sign a pre-screening questionnaire and consent form.
    • In order to decrease our monthly expenses we have discontinued using the MindBody app. As a result, we are only accepting cash or check and no longer accepting credit cards as payment.
